Managing conversations settings
You can find the settings for conversations under “General”. Here you can enable or disable this section.
Above the contact form you can place a description or additional contact information. You can enter this in “Description conversations”.
It is nice for the person who contacts you to know who they are contacting in your organisation, so we recommend that you carefully fill in the details for your contact person:
- Image
- Name
- Position
- Phone number
